We are back! - and ready to serve you!

We are open for ALL SERVICES !! - We are VERY EXCITED TO BE BACK!!! We have put in place a large number of new policies and procedures to ensure the most sanitary and safe experience for you and our staff.

Important Changes that you need to know about before arriving

  • When you arrive, please wait in your car and text us that you are here at 713-464-2953.

  • If you are feeling ill or have a fever, please call to reschedule your appointment

  • Everyone that enters the building will need to have their temperature taken and answer a brief health questionnaire. We will have to reschedule any customers who have a fever or specific symptoms.

  • Everyone that enters the building must sanitize their hands at the door.

  • Masks are required for everyone in the building at ALL times.

    • For services that require the removal of the mask, such as a facial or lip wax, masks will be removed for the time necessary to perform the service. Your service provider will wear their mask throughout.

  • We are not permitted to allow extra people at an appointment, such as children.

  • There is currently a $ 3.00 per visit fee to cover the costs related to the current situation.

    • The most minor part of the cost is the part you obviously see, the masks, disinfectant and things like that.  To provide services we have the same number of Desk and Housekeeping staff on duty we always have but, because of the restrictions,  our capacity  is 30% less. In addition to the capacity reduction additional staff/time is required for check in and to provide services and maintain social distancing.   We regret this need and look forward to getting back no normal which includes ending this additional charge.

  • Bags and purses are limited to one and we ask that you please not open them unless absolutely necessary.

  • The locker rooms remain closed, for massage services we ask that guests change in the privacy of the massage room where the massage will be performed.

  • Cash payments are currently NOT accepted

How we are responding to COVID-19

  • We were able to attain a PPP loan to pay all of our employees while they were at home during the shutdown, we are happy to say that everyone missed only one paycheck

  • When employees come to work, they have their temperature taken and are asked a more thorough health questionnaire than clients and only after passing this screening are they allowed in the building to serve clients.

  • Social distancing

    • We have been able to remove every other hair station and place them in other areas of the building to add space between each work station.

    • Where we have been unable to move furniture, such as shampoo bowls, we have placed barriers between the stations.

    • All clients are escorted by an employee at all times to ensure the path taken is one that is furthest from others.

    • All clients are checked out at the station where they receive their service with our cordless credit card processing thus bypassing the need to stop at the front desk

    • We are currently not accepting cash

    • Our check in and out processes have eliminated the need to stop at the front desk or wait in line.

  • Sanitation

    We have thoroughly cleaned the salon from the ceiling to the floors over the last few weeks. All linen whether clean or dirty has been re-cleaned. In addition to maintaining the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation’s sanitation standards we have added a number of new procedures

    • Soiled laundry items are stored in closed plastic bags until they are placed in the washing machine.

    • We only use EPA registered, hospital grade cleaning agents in our cleaning.

    • Towels, capes and other linens are stored in closed cabinets where employees must sanitize their hands before opening.

    • Shared products that employees use in your service are sanitized prior to the item being returned to the shelf for the next person to use.

    • All employees sanitize their hands before beginning your service and directly after touching anything that is not sanitized

    • Employee stations and tools continue to be sanitized after each client.

    • We are not permitted to allow customers to touch retail products until they are purchased

Booking Appointments

Our processes either meet or exceed to state’s post COVID-19 requirements. Currently each Service Provider is permitted only one client in the building at any time. They can not help the next client until the previous client walks out the door. This restriction will keep us all safer, but will mean that each service will now take more time on the book since a client can not be assisted while another is processing. This means that it may be a few weeks before we can get your appointment on the book. To help as many clients as we can, we have extended our hours to Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm; late nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am to 7:00pm and Sundays 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Retail products and Gift Cards

All of our retail products and gift cards are available when you visit us for an appointment. Our products have been stored in the back of the house to make room for our new hair station setup and to keep products from being touched. Just ask a staff member and we will be happy to get the items for you.

If you don’t have an appointment and just need to purchase products, just let us know at the door and we will bring them to you and check you out outside or if you prefer - you can click on one of the links below and place your order and we will have it ready for you when you arrive - we’ll even bring it out to your car! - Just text us at 713-464-2953 and let us know that you are here!

You can purchase gift cards online and have them sent them via email, regular mail or pick them up in store.
